1. Just doing situps or other abdominal workouts alone will help you get that look of having a sexy stomach.
People get caught up in thinking that all they have to do is a lot of situps or crunches and then suddenly they will end up with the stomach that they have been dreaming of. Fact is, you can do all of the crunches and situps that you want to, and you still will not get that six pack look that you crave. You also have to cut down on your body fat, or else you will not be able to slim that stomach enough to have those abs looking great.
2. You can get six pack abs from pills and powders.
You have to give it to the people that make a living marketing these kinds of products, they sure can make it seem so easy. The truth is, if you want to get a firm stomach, then you need to get rid of the idea that it can come from just buying a bottle of pills or a certain kind of powder. It just is not going to happen, and you need to put yourself on the RIGHT track if you want to make it your reality.
3. You have to hit the gym 7 days a week to get six pack abs.
A lot of people end up psyching themselves out of actually getting the body they desire by believing that they need to hit the gym 7 days a week and become obsessed with working out. Now, of course, you do have to exercise. But, you might be surprised at how convenient it can be, and that you do NOT have to hit the gym all day and everyday.
